Sola, Norway – Module Solutions & Systems AS (MSS) has signed a frame agreement with Aker Solutions for deliveries to the Fixed Facilities Alliance (FFA). MSS is a leading provider of weight-saving structures, access solutions, and walkways in composite, and dropped object prevention to the oil and gas industry and the renewable energy sector.
The FFA, between Aker Solutions, Aker BP, Siemens Energy and ABB, is delivering to two major Aker BP operated development projects in the Valhall and Yggdrasil areas. This includes a– the Valhall Process and Wellhead Platform (PWP), the Unmanned Installation Fenris, the Production, drilling and Quarters platform Hugin A, –and the Normally Unmanned Installation Hugin B. The scope of work for the MSS agreement includes the supply of FRP gratings, fully in compliance with the requirements of the Contract.

All Yggdrasil and Valhall PWP-Fenris contracts are conditional on the Norwegian authorities approving the plans for development and operation.
